Billing Specialist

This position prepares and submits customer invoicing in accordance with assigned customer contract requirements. He/she closely monitors assigned customer contracts to ensure that billing is in conformance with the contract requirements. The person conducts month-end closing, ensuring that all assigned customer contract revenue is billed and accounted for. He/she plans and implements quality assurance for assigned billing processes.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or data analysis role. He/she will have experience with journal entries, large databases, large data files, and data management experience. Oracle experience is preferred.

Sr. Program Manager

This position measures and drives the performance of an assigned customer program, including key performance metrics, production, quality, customer communication, and technical support. He/she monitors project performance, and acts as primary point of contact for the customer on operational and performance issues. The person identifies areas of non-conformance, and develops remedial plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, project management, supply chain, or a related discipline. He/she will have five to ten years of program, project, or operations management experience in a fast-paced operation. The person will have a minimum of four years of experience within a high-volume supply chain/distribution operations and logistics environment.

Financial Analyst

This position oversees the financial inventory control process. He/she supervises and monitors client invoicing, AP, and AR. The person analyzes and evaluates key elements of customer programs including third-party expense analysis, order activity trends, inventory control, and key performance metrics. He/she conducts daily profit and loss forecasting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. He/she will have a minimum of three years of experience in a financial role. The person will have demonstrated knowledge of Oracle, Excel, Access, or other data management experience.
