System Engineer

This position configures solutions through database scripts, networks, and other setup files. He/she tracks issues, follows up, and ensures resolution. The person supports customer calls on various projects at different stages in the process. He/she conducts unit interface test planning and execution to validate system configuration.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in CIS, MIS, IS, Comp Sci, Engineering, or a related field. He/she will have strong knowledge of SQL and experience with .Net or a similar programming language. The person will have excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Operations Leader

This position leads a large team of administrative professionals. He/she consults with executive leaders to design and implement support models for each business unit’s unique needs. The person develops the team’s skills and helps them build relationships where they are empowered to provide unique value to the organizations they support He/she manages processes to ensure efficiency and develop tools and programs to improve support models across the company.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. He/she will have five to seven years of professional business experience and prior people or program management experience. The person will be able to coach a group through process and/or organizational changes.

Patient Accounting Strategist

This position manages a segment of the patient accounting department’s strategic projects. He/she drives the assigned projects toward the desired solution while helping to look for and define the next set of projects based on overall market need. The person handles escalations and management of current issues from live clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. He/she will preferably have a background in healthcare, sciences, or information systems. The person will have a minimum of one year of experience using Cerner MILL. He/she will also have experience in RevCycle.
