Senior Global HR Workforce Analytics Specialist
This position implements, supports, and empowers company leaders in using analytics to measure the success of the company’s people strategy and workforce planning. He/she proactively analyzes people data to uncover opportunities for improving retention, successful recruiting, and other people-related KPIs. The person uses data to make recommendations on how the company can better understand and leverage its diverse, global employee population. He/she assists in scoping, implementing, and managing the core analytics engine that will combine data from multiple systems to maximize insights.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, data analytics, statistics, mathematics, or a relevant major. The equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience will also be considered. He/she will have a minimum of three years of experience working with large data sets. The person will have superior Excel skills and experience with SQL and/or VBA.

Payments Professional Services Consultant
This position is accountable and responsible for the successful delivery of the company’s payments services and solutions to medium and large corporate clients. He/she delivers services and projects within the constraints set by the contract and with a tolerance of 10 percent or within the tolerances set during kick-off. The person engages with client businesses and effectively manages client relationships, improving overall client satisfaction while generating feedback, evaluations, referrals, or references from at least three clients each year.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in consultancy positions. He/she will also have a minimum of five years of experience in the field of payments for medium to large clients. The person will have effective communication skills and be able to engage various internal and external stakeholders at various hierarchical levels.
