Sales Executive – Insurance General Accounts

Vanguard seeks a Sales Executive to successfully build the institutional asset base with quality new business relationships and assist in the ongoing retention of Insurance General Accounts clients. Once hired, the Sales Executive will develop a strategic sales plan to efficiently identify quality new business relationships and leverage Vanguard capabilities and effectively present Vanguard’s investments and services to prospects, clients and industry organizations through written, verbal and electronic media.

The ideal Sales Executive candidate will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience or preferably a Master’s degree and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and eight to ten years financial services experience with at least five years in a senior level client or prospect relationship role. A proven ability to successfully develop strong working relationships with executive management in the prospect organization and internally within Vanguard as well as extensive knowledge of institutional investment offerings is required.

Retirement Plan Communication Consultant

Vanguard is seeking an experienced Communication Consultant to develop customized and complex participant education programs for Vanguard clients and to monitor the effectiveness of these programs.

Retirement Plan Communication Consultant candidates should have an undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience and five to ten years of institutional retirement plan experience with at least five years related communications development and/or consulting experience. In addition, experience developing customized solutions and strategies and managing multi-functional teams is a plus.

Vanguard in Malvern is seeking a FileNet Developer to provide intermediate level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases for mainframe-, client/server-, Web-, and/or PC-based systems.
