Telecom Manager

This position independently manages all telecommunications vendor relationships and contracts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, service uptime, and optimal pricing. He/she manages the relationship with the telecom expense management provider to ensure the accuracy of vendor billing and timely payments to vendors. The person creates and manages telecommunications budgets, and provides exception reports to vendors.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience. He/she will have four to six years of experience with the administration and management of telecommunications systems. The person will have an understanding of LEC and CLEC billing.

Search Engine Optimization Manager

This position acts as the SEO subject matter expert for topics including on-page SEO, technical SEO, accessibility, link analysis, and link building. He/she identifies growth opportunities in core areas such as site architecture, site infrastructure, URL structure, keyword selection, and on-page factors’ optimization. The person identifies and analyzes competitor techniques, and benchmarks website performance against competitors.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. He/she must have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. The person will be able to translate insights from services such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics into actionable recommendations that improve natural search efforts.

Property Accountant

This position analyzes, adjusts, and records all income collected on a daily basis from reports produced at the property level. He/she confirms that properties make deposits daily and monitors receipt activity to detect theft and/or fraud. The person answers accounting inquiries from facilities and the main office. He/she reconciles property-level bank accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and up to two years of professional accounting experience. He/she will have developed knowledge and understanding of accounting within a real estate development/retail company. The person will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
