True to its name, Wayne-based Evolve IP continues to adapt to cutting-edge trends in the cloud services arena with an expanded suite of offerings and greater reach.
Fresh off recent acquisitions of three other companies, Evolve IP just last week enveloped Xtium, a cloud hosting and disaster recovery firm in King of Prussia, according to a CRN report by Joseph Tsidulko.
Xtium serves high-regulation customers, especially in healthcare, and is no stranger to Evolve IP.
“Our respective teams have literally known each other since day one, with a ton of mutual respect,” Evolve IP President and Founding Partner Guy Fardone said. “This makes a lot of sense. Acquiring a straight IaaS company for us right now makes zero sense. A company that has known customers, expertise, products, and a proven track record makes it all better.”
Evolve IP’s other recent acquisitions have included information technology consultancy APT, private cloud computing firm Paragrid, and managed IT provider IPiphany.
