Nest is the global nonprofit dedicated to the social and economic advancement of women by supporting female artisans.
This will make the West Chester shopping television giant the first to support #GivingTuesday, the global day of giving powered by social media and collaboration. Created especially for QVC, the shirt features the word love in 16 different languages.
To join the spirit of generosity, shoppers can tune in to QVC or visit QVC.com to buy the Peace Love World Give Love T-Shirt. Sixty percent of the purchase price will go toward the expansion of Nest’s remote learning center to reach 35,000 women, as well as targeted assistance for new artisan businesses and women business leaders.
“This Giving Tuesday, we are celebrating the women who embody the same tried and true spirit that we so value in our QVC entrepreneurs,” said Rachel Ungaro, QVC’s vice president of fashion and beauty merchandising.
