Manager, Product Engineering

This position performs all HR-related duties, including hiring, performance reviews, conflict resolution, career development, and more. He/she forms, maintains, and shares the vision of the product portfolio, including the establishment of consistent patterns and practices across products within the portfolio. The person develops and maintains product roadmaps defining overall product strategy, releases implementation plans, and issues status reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. He/she will have a minimum of 10 years of IT delivery experience in an Internet environment. The person will have a minimum of five years of experience with multi-tier, distributed enterprise architecture environments.

Inventory Technical Specialist

This position diagnoses hardware and software issues using technical procedures to identify issues and provide resolution to internal and external customers. He/she develops and conducts training as needed for internal and external customers on the proper and effective use of company hardware, software, and Internet-based products and services. The person takes ownership of customer inquiries and requests, including identifying issues and related information, obtaining and evaluating relevant data, formulating resolution, and responding in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate will have two years of customer service-related experience, preferably in a technical support environment. The person will have demonstrable skills in Outlook, various web browsers, SQL, XML, FTP, and various operating systems.
