Danielle Ryan, an Associate in Fox Rothschild’s Exton office, has been honored by the Philadelphia Business Journal with the 2016 LGBT Business Leader award.

Ryan serves as Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Independence Business Alliance, Greater Philadelphia’s LGBT Chamber of Commerce, where as a board member she focuses her work on expanding the Alliance’s outreach to the suburbs and the legal community. She also serves as a legal advisor for the LGBT Equality Alliance of Chester County.

Endo International, the Irish pharmaceutical company with its U.S. headquarters in Malvern, has announced its results for the third quarter of 2016. It reported revenues of $884 million and a net loss from continuing operations of $191 million compared to the same period last year. The company also reaffirmed its full year 2016 revenue forecast.

“The leadership team is working closely and collaboratively to build on our strengths and develop a go-forward strategy that best positions the company to improve the lives of the patients and customers we serve,” said Paul Campanelli, Endo’s president and CEO.

Malvern’s Vishay Precision Group has announced its third-quarter results, reporting earnings per diluted share for the period of $0.08 with adjusted earnings per diluted share of $0.21. The company also recorded cash generated from operations during the three months of $6.3 million, with free cash flow of $4.5 million.

Additionally, the company’s Force Sensors segment achieved a gross profit margin of 31.0 percent up from 21 percent for the same period last year.
