Berwyn’s B-Lab, a nonprofit organization that serves a global movement of people using business as a force for good, has awarded the 2016 Ripples Award to the Pet Sustainability Coalition, the organization dedicated to the acceleration of both environmental and social sustainability within the pet industry.

PSC is one of the over 100 partners and 400,000 companies which make up the B Corp “Measure What Matters” community designed to empower businesses and determine and manage their positive impact.

“We chose PSC for the Ripples Award in recognition of the Green Paw Program that increases the visibility of companies that are measuring what matters and encourages industry dialog around social and environmental impact,” said B Lab’s Measure What Matters team.

Infiana, the engineered films specialist, has made another significant step in implementing its global growth strategy with the commercial start-up of a new film extruder at its North American production site in Malvern.

Thanks to the new equipment, the company can better serve its customers by producing its award-winning tailored films more efficiently.

Berg

Berg, the Dutch manufacturer of four-wheeled Pedal Kart cycles, is planning to relocate its U.S. headquarters to Exton from Lititz in Lancaster County.

The move to its agreed lease of 15,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 608 Jeffers Circle is expected to take place in February.

According to the company, the relocation is being driven by the significant growth in its Pedal Kart brand throughout the Americas.

iPipeline, Exton’s provider of cloud-based software solutions for the life insurance industry, is launching a new Data Service to North American carriers. The new service will give carriers access to 7.18.2014 ipipelineone of the most inclusive repositories of anonymized quoting, apply, and in-force data elements for performing analysis within the industry.

”We believe this one-of-a-kind information will be invaluable in helping to support the industry’s underwriting, strategic planning, and business development initiatives as well as the collective advancement of the industry,” said Tim Wallace, iPipeline’s CEO.
