Inventory Manager

This position is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for inventory control, managing the reserve recommendation process, overseeing cycle counting policies and periodic physical inventory audits, and educating and training teams on inventory practices. He/she will develop and implement a formal inventory control program for a new business line under the Automotive division, and execute formalized inventory procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or a similar financial-based field. He/she will have excellent leadership ability and proven organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. The person should have proactive problem-solving ability and strong strategic thinking skills.

Customer Data Quality Analyst

This position works both independently and with a team responsible for customer support and data analysis for key customer-facing applications. The support requires data analysis and understanding of the application and integrated systems. The successful candidate will have a passion for learning and will be capable of finding meaning in data and turning insights into meaningful actions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business or a technical field, and have experience with SQL Server and writing queries. He/she should have two to five years of related professional work experience. The person should have the ability to quickly gain deep knowledge of the application and its navigation, as well as practical knowledge in importing data for use in spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.

Operations Manager

This position is responsible for the overall business performance and staff productivity within an operation. He/she supervises and motivates teams of employees, and manages reports, statistical analysis, and daily P&L reporting. The person will ensure that quality standards are consistently met and will communicate with various levels of management and customers to ensure that customer expectations are met and issues are resolved, including turnaround time.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations or a related field, and have at least five years of management experience (preferably in a production or service environment), including experience working with P&L/budgets. He/she should have proven operations experience within a high volume and fast-paced environment.
