Fleet Manager

The Fleet Manager at Ricoh-USA is responsible for the company’s private fleet management group with an overall objective of delivering excellence in private fleet assets, utilization and services at the lowest total system cost.  This position will develop and implement processes and procedures to effectively manage RAC’s private fleet life cycle, maintenance, DOT and safety requirements, fuel program and fleet legalization activities (title, taxes, licensing and permits).  In addition the role will be accountable for developing fleet productivity, utilization and driver metrics and continuous improvement projects.

The Fleet Manager candidate will have Bachalor or MBA degree in Logistics , Supply Chain and or related distribution business experience and 5+ years of private fleet management or operational supply chain experience.  The Fleet Manager should be experienced in spend management and expense controls with demonstrated performance in cost out methodologies.

Sales Compensation Director

The Sales Compenation Director at Recoh USA leads the development and monitors the effectiveness of Ricoh’s sales compensation practices and programs aligned with Ricoh’s business strategy. Reviews commission exceptions to determine the organization’s approach. Is a key member of Ricoh’s Senior HR team in developing, implementing and communicating Ricoh’s sales compensation strategy.

The Director of Sales Compensation should have a Bachelor’s degree required and their CCP certification plus a minimum of 10 years compensation experience in a corporate or consulting environment. Experience should include: base pay, variable incentive pay, executive compensation programs, sales compensation and compensation strategy development.

Agile Project Manager & Scrum Master

The Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master at Ricoh will provide management and direction to a Scrum development team to include organizing and facilitating release and sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, sprint demos, retrospectives, story grooming sessions, and any other Scrum-related meetings. The Project Manager will act as a facilitator and gatekeeper as the project progresses through the delivery life cycle while also advocating continuous improvement in quality and the process itself.

The Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master at Ricoh should be energetic and excited about the opportunities and challenges that the role provides. This includes the ability to manage conflicting interests and identify compromises while simultaneously delivering results under pressure. It is also important for the Project Manager display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with a high comfort level presenting to a variety of audiences, including senior management.
