Mark Your Calendar: Chester County Day Returns October 1st

By

People flock to Chester County each year on the first Saturday of October to check our county's incredible colonials and stone farm houses.

Chester County Day, the longest running house tour in the country, is being held this year on October 1st, according to a staff report from Chadds Ford Live.

Once held exclusively in West Chester, the 76-year-old event now offers tours of 21 historic homes and 14 other public sites around the county including Birmingham, Unionville, East Bradford, West Bradford, Pocopson, Pennsbury, Kennett Square and Kennett Borough.

Visitors can start from any of the locations and visit the homes at their own pace. Tickets are available for $40 with a VIP option priced at $100.
