A national jury of analysts have rendered the decision that Fox Rothschild is once again one of the elite 50 Best Law Firms for Women.

Fox Rothschild put together a solid case for its fourth inclusion on the list since it was first put together in 2007. The foundation for its pro-women focus is built on a wealth of support, including assistance for marketing and networking, peer support and mentoring, and investments into the recruitment and career development of women attorneys.

On top of that, Fox Rothschild believes what it teaches, placing female lawyers on the firm’s executive committee, as department chairs and practice group leaders, and in positions of leadership within numerous firmwide committees.

“It is a true testament to the hard work of the firm and the Women’s Initiative to be included among the best law firms for women,” Women’s Initiative Co-Chairs Lauren P. McKenna and Nancy Yaffe said.

“Fox is committed to the advancement and retention of women throughout the firm and continues to spearhead programs and initiatives to promote and showcase the firm’s female talent.”

The honor was bestowed by Working Mother Media and Flex-Time Lawyers.
