Brandywine Hospital is introducing a fresh and local taste to its cafeteria by offering delicious Wawa Coffee from August 1st, with everyone getting a chance to grab a free cup on launch day. “Wawa is a vendor whose coffee we all know and love—at the request of our patients and physicians, we wanted to bring that local flavor (literally) to the hospital,” said Paul Martone, assistant CEO of the hospital.

Berwyn based Triumph Group is combating revenue and backlog declines with new management in the form of longtime industry veteran Daniel Crowley, previously Chief Operating Officer at Lockheed Martin’s aeronautics unit. Crowley has already made several drastic changes in the company, including reducing the number of operating subsidiaries and cutting its business units from 6 to 4.

With second-quarter net income of $44.7 million and earnings adjusted for non-recurring gain at 59 cents per share, West Pharmaceutical exceeded Wall Street expectations. The company, which has seen its share price increase 30 percent this year, also said it is expecting full-year earnings of between $2.15 and $2.25 per share on revenue of $1.51 to $1.52 billion.
