Phoenixville’s Bluebird Distilling is planning a Rye Whiskey release party for this Saturday, August 27th from 2pm-11pm at their location at 100 Bridge Street. Recently awarded a Triple-Gold Medal, and now available at Fine Wine and Good Spirits Stores, Bluebird’s Rye Whiskey will be featured in some classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned or Sazerac, as well as in some original cocktails created by Bluebird’s mixologist staff!

Inspired by the break through that comes after a snowstorm, when conditions are perfect, Bluebird’s genesis comes from the idea of getting outside and having everything go right regardless of what life holds. Bluebird founder, Jared Adkins describes worked tirelessly to make sure that every aspect of the Bluebird experience from tasting room to bottle design to flavor was equally perfect.

Having just celebrated their 1 Year Anniversary in June, Bluebird Distilling has won numerous awards including “2016 Best Distillery” from Main Line Today and “Best of the Best” from County Lines Magazine. Attendees at Saturday’s Rye Whiskey release are sure to enjoy their Rye in addition to the other spirits offered by Bluebird: Four Grain Bourbon, Sugarcane Rum, Juniperus Gin, White Rye Whiskey, and Vodka

Residents that cannot attend the Rye Whiskey party on Saturday are encouraged to visit the brewery during their tour and tasting times: Wednesday 5-10pm, Thursday 5-11pm, Friday 4-11pm, Saturday 2-11pm, and Sunday 1-6pm. Visitors to the tasting room can enjoy Bluebird cocktails or purchase bottles to take home.
