Business Partner – Operation Consultant

This position serves as the primary point of contact to all business partners on specific Planning, Analytic, and Performance disciplines. He/she ensures appropriate Shared Services crew/leaders are brought into business meetings to consult on specific business opportunities that require functional support. The person provides education to functional leaders within the department on departmental initiatives and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, and a minimum of five years of progressive experience. He/she should have exceptional relationship management abilities, and the ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple competing priorities. Production Support Analyst

This position will provide intermediate level Tier 1 global production support of applications and databases for IMS software. He/she will monitor production systems for alerts, outages, and system issues. The person will seek continuous improvements for applications, processes, support methods, and team effectiveness. This position will also execute technical procedures to resolve production issues.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of three years of experience in IT Production Support, preferably in Investment Systems. He/she will have great relationship management skills, along with strong analytical skills. The person must possess a strong knowledge of Database Management Systems and knowledge of creating and running database queries.

Data Analytics Specialist

This position executes analytic projects to provide insight into client needs and behavior, supporting marketing and client servicing decisions. He/she engages with project sponsors and stakeholders to understand each business question, and probes for hidden questions and goals. The person also helps bring structure to each request and translate requirements into an analytic approach. He/she will acquire structured and unstructured data and prepare it for analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in an analytically oriented major, such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or an applied social science. He/she will have a minimum of three years of general experience and three years of relevant professional experience in analytical roles. Knowledge of financial services and marketing is required.
