The Chester County Hospital is part of Penn Medicine, an organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the people in Chester County and surrounding areas. The hospital includes a 245-bed complex in West Chester and satellite locations in Exton, West Goshen, New Garden, Jennersville, and Kennett Square. In 2013, Chester County Hospital joined the University of Pennsylvania Health System.

Vice President of Finance

This position is responsible for the preparation of TCCHHS and TCCH Foundation financial statements in accordance with UPHS and generally accepted accounting policies. He/she provides financial support and leadership to TCCHHS Chief Financial Officer and Senior Leadership Team in the development of TCCHHS strategic and operating plans. The person implements efficient customer-focused financial processes and systems which include management of CCH accounting operations, monthly variance analysis, operating budget support, and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, and have seven years of progressive experience in a financial management position for a teaching hospital or related enterprise. He/she should have thorough knowledge of healthcare accounting and specifically the revenue cycle.

Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse

This position provides age-appropriate care for the population served. He/she gives consideration to growth and developmental phase of life, to age-related factors such as thermal regulation, nutrition, medication administration, nutrition, safety, and functional needs of the patient. The person uses appropriate resources for patients with special needs, such as language barriers, sensory problems, altered cognition, and cultural and religious needs.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, and have two years of experience. Basic computer skills are required, as is the ability to complete data entry on clinical documentation screens.

Physical Therapist

This position is responsible for developing and implementing the daily plan of care and administering clinical treatments. He/she instructs patients, families, and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the physical therapy treatment program. The person will instruct, motivate, safeguard, and assist patients as they practice exercises and functional activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Physical Therapist, and have prior experience. Knowledge of Universal Precaution Procedures is required, as well as good communication and customer service skills.
