Payroll Administrator – International

This position audits, analyzes, identifies, and adjusts inconsistencies between the Payroll and General Ledger systems and interfaces. He/she will identify, develop, and implement audit procedures for enhancing productivity within the payroll department. The person will also complete assigned International Payroll administration and reconciliations in accordance with communicated deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting/Finance preferred) or the equivalent combination of training and experience. He/she should have a minimum of two years of directly related finance or payroll experience. Previous payroll administration experience is preferred. A basic knowledge of FLSA laws and related state regulations and guidelines is required.

Shared Services Metrics Team Leader

This position provides guidance and motivation as necessary to develop staff, as well as hires, evaluates, and counsels personnel. He/she will communicate and resolve staff and technical performance problems quickly and constructively. The person will set performance standards, review performance, provide feedback, recommend wage increases in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of training and experience. A minimum of three years of related work experience is required. He/she should have exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others. Competency with workflow and business process analysis including VUE is required.

Senior Auditor

This position conducts audit interviews to determine the scope of the audit and testing approach, and develops audit programs using critical analysis and strategic thinking. He/she will develop staff by identifying and communicating meaningful feedback. The person will proactively manage risk with business areas and other risk assurance providers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of training and experience. A minimum of three to five years of audit experience is required. He/she should have project management skills, as well as proficiency in Word and Excel. Progress toward obtaining a professional certification or advanced degree (CPA, CIA, MBA) is preferred.
