Widening of Route One in Southern Chester County to Start in 2018

The public presentation of PennDOT’s Route One Improvement Project on Monday night drew a large audience of intrigued residents. The presentation gave details on the project to widen Route 1 from the Longwood Garden area to the Kennett Square bypass to three lanes by 2018, and addressed issues such as the impact on surrounding buildings, trouble-prone intersections, and storm water drainage.

Janet Clarke Appointed to Vishay Precision Group’s Board of Directors

Malvern’s Vishay Precision Group has appointed Janet Clarke, the founder of Clarke Littlefield LLC a marketing technologies advisory firm, as a new independent member to its Board of Directors.  Clarke is currently a director for Cox Enterprises and prior to founding Clarke Littlefield she worked in executive and management roles at DealerTrack Inc.
