Vishay Precision Group to Acquire Pacific Instruments for $11 Million

Vishay Precision Group of Malvern, one of the leading producers of precision and sensor systems for the energy and manufacturing sectors has agreed to acquire data acquisitions systems manufacturer Pacific Instruments for $11 million. The company believes the acquisition will add flexibility to its foil technology business and help it produce precision resistors that can operate in extreme temperatures.

Dinniman Announces $50K in Funding for Paoli Company

State Senator Andy Dinniman has announced that Narbis of Paoli, the early-stage neurotechnology company, will receive $50,000 in investment funding through Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania. This is part of the $2.8 million in investment that Ben Franklin Technology Partners is providing to support the growth of 15 early stage companies in the southeast Pennsylvania region in areas such as information technology, health, digital health, and physical sciences.
