
Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs
This position provides vision and leadership in planning, developing, and implementing the University’s academic programs, and ensures the growth and quality of all educational offerings and academic support functions. He/she advises the President on academic affairs and is the spokesperson for the faculty, departmental chairpersons, and academic deans with regard to the instructional programs, budget proposals, and academic policies.
The ideal candidate will possess a terminal degree in an academic discipline related to University offerings, and have experience as a Vice President of Academic Affairs, Provost, Dean, or senior academic administrator. He/she must have a successful record as a teacher and well-published scholar. The person must also have demonstrated abilities in academic administration, including team-building and the ability to work with diverse groups from all segments of the University community.

Accounts Receivable Collector
The position provides collection efforts in the area of Accounts Receivable. This includes notification of students of past due balances on accounts, ensuring due diligence established in all areas of Accounts Receivable, interfacing with external collection agencies, keeping records of collection actions, statuses of accounts, and providing analytical data where necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related discipline, and have two years of experience in debt recovery. He/she will have demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, Ellucian Colleague system, and other supporting software. Good communications and customer service skills are a must.

Program Analyst
This position is responsible for conducting statistical research studies that are needed to augment the measurement of the effectiveness of academic and other programs on campus. He/she will conduct the necessary research projects of a statistical nature that are requested from the Office of Institutional Research, completing internal, local, state, and federal reports.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a Master’s Degree in business, mathematics, computing, research design, statistics or a related field. He/she must have experience in the use of microcomputers and supporting software. The person must also be able to communicate effectively with people from varied social, educational, and economic backgrounds.
