Financial Aid Advisor
This position will build rapport, deliver clear and accurate information, offer effective solutions, and maintain contact with students, their families, and other influencers as they move through the financial-aid process. He/she will recognize hidden issues and offer creative solutions to assist students in addressing barriers to starting or continuing in school. The person will position the value of UTI by matching UTI benefits to student/influencer needs and values
The candidate will have a high school diploma and preferably some college coursework. He/she must have three years of experience in customer service or sales. Two years of Financial Aid experience is preferred. The person will be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and have great organizational skills.

Employment Specialist
The position is responsible for building a strong rapport and maintaining contact with students through various touch points, and coaching sessions both during a student’s training, as well as post-graduation. He/she will match available employment opportunities to student’s abilities and preferred geographical areas by working with our centralized Employer Development Group. The person will also support local and graduate employment outcomes by developing and maintaining relationships and communications with various employers/
The candidate will have a high school diploma and preferably some college coursework. He/she must have one to two years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume phone or sales capacity.

Student Experience Coordinator
This position supports students and the overall department as the first point of contact for the Student Services/Experience department. He/she is responsible for the management of the traffic within the department. Additionally, this role is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks geared toward the general support of the department to ensure students receive the proper customer service.
The candidate must have a high school diploma and two years of experience with customer service and basic administrative tasks. He/she should have strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
