Sales & Marketing Analyst

This position will drive results and raise awareness of the company’s investment products through targeted prospecting activities, including cold calls and virtual communications. He/she will build, grow, and maintain client and prospective client relationships by developing a thorough understanding of the company’s investment capabilities and solutions. The person will also develop a deep understanding of the sales process, the investment management industry, and capital markets.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have the aptitude to understand complex investment strategies, products, and services. He/she will have the interpersonal skills necessary to develop long-term business relationships. The person will also have the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and well-organized manner.

Quantitative Analyst (Futures)

This position will originate and simulate automatable, high-alpha quantitative strategies in multiple financial markets, and identify, on-board, clean, and manage large databases and turn them into tradable information. He/she will code highly accurate portfolio simulations drawing on the latest literature in risk minimization, portfolio optimization, and other financial methods. The person will also work with quantitative developers to incorporate strategy concepts into the production infrastructure.

The candidate will possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Physics, EE, or another highly quantitative subject. He/she will have strong programming skills with a database technology (SQL), a scripting language (Perl, Python), and a statistical language or package (MATLAB, R, numpy/scipy). The person should also be entrepreneurially minded, and have strong interpersonal skills.

Software Developer

This position will work with the rest of the development team to expand and maintain the firm’s proprietary software systems. He/she will work directly with the trading desk, analysis team, portfolio managers, and other business groups to support existing systems and implement new ideas. The person will also on-board new, diverse, large datasets and create appropriate ETL processes.

The candidate will have experience with modern team development tools and methodologies, including distributed version control systems, automated testing, and continuous integration. He/she will have strong quantitative and critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively communicate and share your Ideas. The person should also be fluent in one or more scripting languages, and have ability to read and troubleshoot others (e.g. Perl, Python).
