Business Development and Sales Specialist

This position is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. He/she will interactively make effective presentations to potential customers at the top level, including CxOs and key leadership. The person will work independently to research potential clients, qualifying them based on size, complexity, and industry.

The ideal candidate will have prior business-to-business sales experience, and strong presentation/communication skills. Basic knowledge of common software applications, such as Microsoft Office, is required. He/she should have experience in telemarketing, cold calling, and lead generation/qualification.

Project Manager

This position will work with the implementation project team to maintain Deacom’s high implementation success rate, and will grow happy customers through Deacom’s unique guaranteed fixed cost implementation methodology. He/she will manage the scope of the implementation project based on the statement of work. The person will create a relationship with the customer’s project stakeholders and communicate how the Deacom project team will navigate any implementation challenges that arise. The position will collaborate with the development team to architect new solutions within the software to satisfy customers’ business challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have familiarity with ERP, manufacturing, or accounting. Experience with managing project plans is a plus. He/she should have good communication, organization, debate, and deductive-reasoning skills.

Technical Specialist

This position will troubleshoot in one of the most technically advanced, all-inclusive ERP platforms without being compartmentalized. He/she will collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience by following the Kaizen philosophy. The person will maintain and develop new business processes for a variety of customers across the manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have familiarity with ERP, manufacturing, or accounting. Experience working in IT is a plus. Experience in SQL or relational databases is preferred, as is customer-service experience.
