Student Success Coordinator

This position works with students to ensure they have a solid academic plan and are continually registered; provides basic academic sequencing to groups of assigned students; and provides appropriate support for students who are having academic difficulties in their classes.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in a discipline related to those offered within the candidate’s assigned college or in higher education counseling; three to five years of related experience in higher education; and experience working with predictive analytics tools and Microsoft Office.

Associate Vice President for Human Resources

This position provides strategic and situational advice to senior university leaders on employment, labor, and environmental health and safety matters; helps improve the overall quality of HR and EHS service delivery; and implements metrics to measure the value and efficiency of HR programs and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related discipline; 10 years of experience in an HR leadership role in a public organization; and experience in a data-driven, systems environment.

Business Program Counselor

This position assists students with scheduling in the School of Business and Public Affairs; helps update student records; determines appropriate remedies for students without the appropriate prerequisites; and directs students with a GPA lower than 2.5 to appropriate advising resources.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree; a minimum of two years of experience working with students on academic scheduling in a college or university; and knowledge of and/or experience with computer-based student academic systems and Microsoft Excel.
