Project Engineer

The person in this position will assist the Construction Project Manager and Superintendent with all the details for construction projects. He/she will organize and coordinate the project and on-site staff in order to complete the work on schedule and within budget. The person will strictly adhere to safety requirements and the quality of workmanship specified.

The ideal Project Engineer possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture and three to five years of experience in the field. A good communicator with exceptional judgment, he/she will also be experienced in document control, blueprint reading, and construction administration.

Leasing and Marketing Professional

This person will be dedicated to providing excellent customer service and strive to meet or exceed the community’s resident-retention and prospect-conversion goals by fostering a sense of community and quality lifestyle for the residents of the Hankin Apartments.

The ideal Leasing and Marketing Professional has more than one year of experience in the hospitality industry, working in a customer-service role. A Bachelor’s Degree and knowledge of Microsoft Office and social-media marketing skills are preferred.
