Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist at Citadel manages Citadel’s presence in social media outlets in order to increase favorable brand awareness and attributes and ultimately product sales building engagement among current members, prospective customers, and current and potential employees. The Social Media Specialist promotes usage of Citadel product and services, and new member acquisition and monitors social media traffic.

The ideal candidate for the Social Media Specialist role at Citadel will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of social media, digital marketing and/or sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry. A solid knowledge of social media outlets, analytics and tools and a proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop are essential.

Business Development Sales Executive

Citadel is currently seeking a Business Development Sales Executive for the company’s Northern Division to work closely with the retail offices to maximize sales by bringing the Citadel brand to our local corporate partner clients.  Retail offices within the territory will be supported by combined participation on events, sales calls and seminars.  Essentially, Citadel’s Business Development Sales Executives will grow households and balances by providing the Workplace Advantage program to our corporate partner clients.

Aside from having a proven track record of closing sales and generating a robust referral network, the Business Development candidate should have 3 years of sales or marketing experience required and a Bachelors degree, have strong communication skills and a valid drivers license.
