IT Human Resources Applications Manager

West Pharmaceutical Services has an opening for IT Human Resources Applications Manager to Implement, upgrade, and support global Human Resources IT systems, primarily SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Once hired, the HR IT Manger will review and recommend new architecture, processes, and standards globally as well as communicate IT key messages, goals, and objectives to HR team members in their local geographies or business units.

The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in Human Resources, IT or a related field, at least 2 years of experience as a Human Resources IT Specialist, Human Resources IT Systems Analyst or in a related position and experience developing, deploying and supporting Human Resources IT systems, including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Strong communication and presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to make complex technical discussions simple and in business terms is a must.

Director, Global Accounts

The Director, Global Accounts at West Pharmaceutical Services is responsible for developing, leading and executing account strategies that lead to increased sales, profit, and market share growth consistent with the account potential. The Global Accounts Director will develop a deep understanding of customers requirements and create account strategies that will outperform competitors and position West for sustained success by delivering valued solutions.

A Bachelor’s or an MBA (preferred) degree and at least 7 years of account management experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
