Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant position at West provides high-level, confidential executive support for their direct reports as needed. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, the EA performs duties such as financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects.

Not only should the EA candidate be detailed oriented and exhibit a positive and professional upbeat tone and manner, but have proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite as well as the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels in the organization.

Senior Director, Global Communications

The Senior Director of Global Communications at West will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic, proactive, and integrated global communication plan aligned to the Company’s long-term commercial goals. This role will support both the Commercial and Innovation & Technology groups at West and be responsible for all marketing communications, advertising, public relations, trade shows, and internal communication for West’s Commercial and I&T functions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication (PR), Marketing Communications or Journalism coupled with fifteen or more years of experience managing strategic PR and marketing communication programs.

Senior Manager Enterprise Data Management & Governance

The Sr. Manager Data Management and Governance position at West is responsible for developing and deploying the company’s data management framework for improving data quality, cleanliness, timeliness, and accessibility across the enterprise. Together with key stakeholders across the company, the Senior Manager will create the operating model by which data management responsibilities and accountabilities are shared across functional and system boundaries.

The Senior Manager Enterprise Data Management & Governance should have a bachelors degree and at least ten years experience with large scale, global data governance and harmonization efforts, SAP master data and leading a globally diverse team.
