Premier Banking Advisor – Downingtown

This position is the lead member of the branch sales team and is responsible for all branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager. He/she will lead by example by meeting goals in all sales activities, and will support, coach, and motivate team to exceed sales activity goals. The person will also ensure customer service is maintained at high levels and branch is operating efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or have the equivalent banking experience with a minimum of three to five years of direct-sales experience. He/she will have strong sales, interpersonal, and supervisory skills. The person must have thorough knowledge of features and benefits of all bank consumer products and services.

Personal Banker – Chester County

This person will be an active member of the retail sales team by completing documentation and performing point-of-sale processing on all types of new accounts. The position will provide customers with direct service while taking advantage of cross-selling opportunities. He/she will meet targeted goals and defined minimum standard requirements, while ensuring customer satisfaction, and will operate a teller terminal for a portion of the day.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or have the equivalent banking experience, combined with a minimum of one to two years of direct-sales experience. He/she must have excellent interpersonal, customer-service, and sales skills. The person will also have a working knowledge of bank forms and documents used in opening new accounts, consumer products and services, and operating policies and procedures.
