Job responsibilities include responding to all resident inquiries, service requests, and issues/concerns in a timely manner while proactively planning, scheduling, and coordinating resident events.  Once hired, the leasing and marketing leader will actively utilize social media channels to engage existing residents, foster communication and promote community.

The ideal candidate will have one or more years of experience in the hospitality industry working in a customer service role, have a BA/BS degree and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Tenant Services Associate – Full Time

The Tenant Services Associate is responsible for the overall maintenance of the Community by utilizing in-depth knowledge of related trade skills and delivering a superior customer service experience. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the condition of the Community is clean and safe, responding to maintenance requests and working closely with team members and contractors to complete unit turnovers.

Hankin is seeking a candidate with at least 2 years’ experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a similar envirnment, be a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and have broad knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, and interior/exterior maintenance.
