Senior Specialist IClinical Supplies Packaging Manager

The Clinical Supplies Packaging Manager must coordinate with packaging operations to ensure study package and labeling feasibility is conducted to meet the customers’ requirements and ensure product availability for worldwide distribution. This role must interface with other groups in Clinical Supplies SCP to develop operational plans and deliver to meet the overall program objectives, and maintain a strong liaison with all departmental support groups, particularly with those involved in the design, budgeting, planning, production and release of clinical supplies.

The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Health Science, Biology/Chemistry, Engineering or Business Administration and a minimum of 6 years in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience. The person applying for the position must demonstrate management, leading teams and decision making skills.

Sr. Quality Specialist

The Quality Specialist is responsible for providing quality assurance activities and services to the Clinical Supplies Platform, and ensuring that all clinical supply activities comply with current regulations, domestically and internationally. The Sr. Quality Specialist will monitor and continuously improve the quality system by evaluating supporting documentation to ensure compliance to cGMP, industry standards and other applicable regulations and take appropriate actions to correct any deficiencies found.

The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (e.g. Certified Pharmacy Technician) in Science or Engineering, and at least 3 years of cGMP experience. Electronic quality/document management system experience required.

Packaging Technician

The ideal candidate will lead or participate in primary packaging, secondary packaging and assembly of investigational product and warehousing activity for domestic and international clinical trials. Position may include clinical label design and generation. The Packaging Technician will support the implementation of improvements in quality, productivity, regulatory compliance, cost effectiveness, and safety.

The optimal candidate must have two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and must be familiar with good manufacturing practices and/or standard procedures for a pharmaceutical packaging or manufacturing operation. The person applying for this position must be able to follow complex written and verbal instructions.
