On April 23, Delaware County Community College’s Student Business Society hosted Vanguard CEO William McNabb. McNabb joined Vanguard in 1986 and has served as Vanguard CEO since 2008, overseeing the Malvern investment company’s monumental growth. Last September the company announced it had over $3 trillion in assets under management.
McNabb provided students with career and personal advice while also highlighting Vanguard’s investment philosophy and the company’s ambition to be the best place to invest and the best place to work.
Under the leadership of business student Andrew McKenna, the Student Business Society has hosted a number of senior-level managers this year, including Wawa CEO Chris Gheysens and Toll Brothers CFO Martin Connor.
