In the past year, the company controlling the fast-emerging smart home movement has doubled its team and tripled the size of its headquarters. And Malvern is at the center of all the attention.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony last week spotlighted the 35,000-square-foot office and high-tech demonstration suite tailored to showcase how the Zonoff platform streamlines and simplifies control over automation products from retail, home construction, telco, Internet, insurance, consumer electronics and other brands.
“Zonoff provides software apps that run on smartphones, tablets or other devices which are designed to radically change the way that consumers install and manage devices in their home,” the company states on its website.
According to a Daily Local News report, the ceremony also heralded the new addition of four high-profile leaders: Chief Marketing Officer Kevin Garton, Chief Financial Officer Chris Hughes, Vice President and General Manager of Retail Peter Gerstberger and Vice President of Product Doug Bellenger. Furthermore, the company is projected to grow another 50 percent this year.
“The strategic growth of our leadership team positions Zonoff to continue to lead the emerging smart home market,” CEO Mike Harris said in the article. “We’ve been very thoughtful in deciding where to invest resources, and we believe that our team is one of our strongest differentiating factors.”
