SkillSurvey Gains Recognition For Personnel Assessment Screening
The Wayne firm SkillSurvey, Inc., listed by Forbes.com as one of the hottest companies doing manpower assessment for corporations, has partnered with FRS Software, the background screening industry’s most widely used technology.
SkillSurvey’s patented Pre-Hire 360 background screening technology is now being offered to FRS clients.
Philadelphia Business Journal has said SkillSurvey is soaring on its promises of faster, better results in personnel screening. FRS is now one of its satisfied customers.
Sam McLamb, vice president of business operations at FRS, said tracking professional references on the telephone produces diminishing returns. He said SkillSurvey makes HR staff more efficient.
Rob Bennett, vice president of Channel Sales for SkillSurvey, said telephone references rarely provide any meaningful feedback. He said with Pre-Hire 360 FRS clients are able to obtain job-specific insights on a candidate’s past performance through an online process that takes just a few days.
