The Kennett Square branch of Bank of America has become the first bank in Pennsylvania offering a video ATM, the Kennett Paper reports.
The average transaction takes about three minutes, there is a hand-held phone for customers who want complete privacy, and live teller assistance is available in both English and Spanish.
Bank of America believes the video ATMs are one part of the bank of the future. The machine is available outside of regular hours and is securely monitored. Read the story here.
