An entire horizon of new developments awaits 30-year Liberty Property Trust leader Robert Fenza, who has set his sights on expanding public service engagements following his end-of-year retirement from the Malvern-headquartered real estate company.
“For thirty years, Rob has been uniquely dedicated to making Liberty a better developer, a better operator, a better corporate citizen, a better company,” Chairman and CEO Bill Hankowsky said in a StreetInsider.com report.
While his leadership phases out over a three-month advisory period in early 2015, the legacy of the chief operating officer — one of fostering “Liberty’s position as the leading industrial developer in the Lehigh Valley,” the article state — will live on through a new operating oversight committee prepared by his corporate culture and grooming.
