A case of an order gone bad has left West Chester retailer QVC without both the thousands of digital phone devices that no one would buy and the refund it was due when they were returned.
So the popular brand is taking the device maker, NetTalk.com, to court for the nearly $96,000 sitting in limbo, according to a report in The Pennsylvania Record.
It has been two years now since QVC returned 2,710 DUO devices, which enables standard phones to make calls over the Internet, after selling just 110 in the nine months following the order.
