The Chester County Historical Society may be an expert of the past, but it’s not so certain about its own future.
It recently received a $30,000 William Penn Foundation grant “to find out what people expect to learn from the society” and possibly change its name and brand identity to attract new visitors, Philly.com recently reported.
The effort will employ 20/10 Solutions of West Chester and revolve around surveys, focus groups and research into best practices.
