Federal prosecutors have accused Malvern industrial supplier Airmatic Inc. of fraudulently billing the city of Philadelphia $556,633 for unapproved industrial products and repair parts over the course of almost six years, according to official charges reported by Philly.com.
If convicted, the consequences of the mail fraud could tally up to five years of probation, restitution, a fine totaling up to twice the amount of the illegal profit, and a $400 special assessment.
