2. Bissell Natural Sweep Carpet and Floor Sweeper:  No power needed for this sweeper!

I had a similar one for years and let me tell you they are fantastic to quickly clean small messes. Just run the sweeper over the spilled cheerio’s, they’re no match for this sweeper!
