Registered Nurse Supervisor for Skilled Nursing
Freedom Village is recruiting for an RN Supervisor for weekend coverage, starting at $40-45/hr, plus $6/hr differential for all weekend shifts.
Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) is responsible for the overall nursing care/service and management of all personnel on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on your shift.
- Administer direct care as necessary.
- Give and receive shift reports.
- Ensure that proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
- Keep physicians and families aware of changes in the resident’s condition.
- Assist in developing comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered.
- Respond to resident emergency call system.
- Interface with other disciplines to assure continuity of care and services.
- Accompanies physicians when making rounds.
- Encourage restorative care in order to obtain maximum resident independence.
Skills and Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. RN with a current license in Pennsylvania.
- At least 1 year of experience in geriatric nursing, Long Term Care (LTC) a plus.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
- Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Certified Nursing Aide
Freedom Village is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants with a strong desire to provide excellent care to its residents who reside in the skilled nursing center.
There is a $500 bonus for the evening shift.
There are currently openings for 6:30 AM to 3 PM, and 3 PM to 11 PM. The starting pay rate for this position is $18/hr plus Shift Differential: $4/hr for Weekday Evenings and Nights, and $6/hr for all weekend shifts.

Caregiver
Freedom Village is hiring for full-time and part-time caregivers on all shifts.
Pay rate starting at $16.50/hour with shift differential for nights, evenings, and weekends.
Full-time hires receive a $500 sign-on bonus.
Caregivers are sought for Freedom Village’s Personal Care Home. All caregivers must complete the Direct Care Competency training and provide a copy of their certificate at the time of hire. If you are not certified, Freedom Village will provide you with the opportunity to take and complete the course.
