A/V Technician/Installer — Level 2

This position conducts all aspects of a commercial installation, including pulling and terminating cabling, mounting hardware, modifying furniture, and assembling and wiring racks. Essential functions include systems commissioning for complex systems or systems requiring high tuning expertise; collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure client requests are properly executed and timelines are achieved; and troubleshooting and diagnosing all related systems.

The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of hands-on field experience, preferably in A/V, IT, or a similar industry, as well as one to three years of experience with large-scale commercial A/V installation. He/she should have working knowledge of Creston systems and of all applicable equipment and software, including DSPs, matrices, control processors, streaming servers, digital signage servers, and sound masking.

A/V Integration Sales Representative

This position is responsible for developing long-term client relationships, overseeing sales, and unifying the client journey across all business platforms. Essential duties include developing a detailed understanding of the company’s products and services; managing accounts and clients within specific verticals and markets; conducting site surveys to create a professional scope of work and design plan; and proposal presentations and pricing negotiations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, sales, or a related field, or the equivalent experience. He/she will have two to three years of sales/account management experience, preferably in A/V, IT, or a similar industry, and be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment and with wearing many hats. The person will be organized and comfortable with forecasting tools, have outstanding presentation skills, and have experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
