For Jenna Engle, marketing is about more than campaigns; it’s about building a brand that reflects both purpose and growth.
As Marketing Manager at Haverford Systems, Engle leads brand strategy, develops campaigns, and creates content that connects big-picture goals with day-to-day execution. Working closely with both sales and marketing teams, she helps align efforts and drive the company’s evolving presence in the AV integration industry.
“What I enjoy most is the creative freedom and trust we’re given,” Engle stated. “It allows us to explore new ideas and evolve the brand — and we’re already seeing that impact in the growth we’re experiencing.”

Engle, who currently lives in Malvern, was born in Baltimore and raised in New Freedom, Pa. She began working at age 16 as a file clerk, gaining early experience in organization and business operations.
She later graduated from Susquehannock High School before earning a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from West Chester University.
One of Engle’s proudest professional accomplishments has been leading a full rebrand for Haverford Systems, helping establish a more cohesive and modern identity for the company.
“When I started, there wasn’t a fully dedicated marketing presence,” she explained. “Leading the rebrand and seeing how it strengthened our position in the industry has been incredibly rewarding.”
Engle credits two mentors as having the greatest impact on her career: “A former Manager, Alexandra McNamara, helped shape how I approach both marketing and leadership,” she said. “And working alongside Shawn Thornton has pushed me to think bigger and elevate the brand in new ways.”
Outside of work, Engle enjoys spending time outdoors, especially along the Schuylkill River, where she organizes a social group called “Float Friday.”
“It’s such a fun way to get outside, meet new people, and take advantage of the landscape we’re lucky to have here,” she said.
Looking ahead, Engle continues to prioritize exploration and new experiences, stating that travel is “always on her bucket list,” with a goal to explore a new city or country each year.
Engle and the rest of the 2026 Class of VISTA NextGen Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration on Thursday, Apr. 30, at the Penn State Great Valley Conference Center in Malvern.
