Hankin Group is marking a big moment at Eagleview Town Center with not one, but two exciting openings. Kimberton Whole Foods is set to debut its largest Chester County location on April 27, bringing a fresh, community-focused grocery experience to Exton.
Just above the store, Claremont on the Square is welcoming residents into 41 brand-new luxury apartments, with move-ins beginning April 22. Years in the making, the project brings together everyday convenience and modern living in one of Chester County’s most vibrant mixed-use communities.
Kimberton Whole Foods at Eagleview is the independent, family-owned grocer’s eighth location and its largest Chester County store. Spanning a total of 14,300 square feet, Kimberton Whole Foods at Eagleview offers a wide selection of fresh organic produce, grass-fed meats and dairy, specialty cheeses, natural and organic grocery staples, baked goods, supplements, and body care products. Customers can also choose from a variety of wholesome grab-and-go meals, including wraps, sandwiches, salads, soups, grain bowls, and heat-and-eat dinner entrées, as well as online shopping and curbside pickup. The store’s café features made-to-order juices and smoothies, specialty coffee drinks, and ready-made breakfast sandwiches, with limited indoor seating and additional outdoor seating available.
“Eagleview aligns well with our priorities around community engagement, sustainability, and local partnerships,” said Terry Brett, Co-Founder and CEO of Kimberton Whole Foods. “We’re excited to bring our eighth store to life here and look forward to building lasting relationships with our new neighbors, local vendors, and producers for years to come.”
Located directly above Kimberton Whole Foods is Claremont on the Square’s newest addition to Hankin Group’s established luxury apartment community at Eagleview. The LEED-certified building adds 41 brand-new apartment homes — including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans — to the heart of Eagleview Town Center, with pre-leasing having launched March 10, 2026. Residents enjoy modern finishes, designer kitchens with premium appliances, an in-home washer and dryer, and select apartments featuring private balconies with views of Eagleview Town Center.
The newest building features a nearly 5,000 square foot outdoor amenity terrace with lounge seating, fire pit, grilling area, outdoor TV, and turf gaming area, as well as on-site parking, bike storage, a pet spa, and work pods for residents. Residents here will also enjoy access to the broader Claremont on the Square community’s pool, clubhouse, and fitness center, as well as Eagleview’s extensive network of sidewalks, trails, and green spaces.
“Claremont on the Square has consistently been one of the region’s most in‑demand residential communities,” said Michael Hankin, President of Hankin Apartments and COO of Hankin Group. “The addition of Kimberton Whole Foods, a trusted local grocer, further distinguishes the community. As the only neighborhood in the area with an integrated grocery store and a true mixed‑use setting, we anticipate these 41 new residences will lease quickly.”
Eagleview is an award-winning, 800-acre mixed-use community located in Chester County. The master-planned community boasts over 1,000 residences, 2.5 million square feet of distinctive commercial office and life science space, and over 50,000 square feet of prime retail space. Eagleview’s thoughtfully designed system of sidewalks, jogging paths, and greenways creates a unique experience that seamlessly integrates the residential, commercial, and retail aspects of the community.
Kimberton Whole Foods is committed to giving back to the communities it serves through its Rounding Up at the Register program, which allows customers checking out to round up to the nearest dollar. All proceeds — matched by Kimberton Whole Foods — are donated directly to local nonprofit organizations. Since its launch in 2020, the program has donated over $2.6 million to hyper-local nonprofits across its locations. Eagleview’s designated recipients include Chester County Food Bank, Communities That Care of Greater Downingtown, It Takes a Village, Chester County Beekeepers Association, Phoenix Animal Rescue, Lionville Fire Company, Meals on Wheels of Chester County, and Safe Harbor.
To celebrate the opening, Kimberton Whole Foods will host a Grand Opening Weekend on Saturday, May 9, and Sunday, May 10, featuring samplings from local makers, customer giveaways, raffles, and special offers. Joining the celebration will be local vendors, including Swarmbustin’ Honey, Birchrun Hills Farm Cheese, Merzbacher Bakery, Bell & Evans Chicken, Wholesome Dairy, Dundore & Heister Butchers, Nourish Juices, and many more. Additional details will be available online here.
