Chester County, a place where everyone wants to live, has eleven towns with the most expensive homes in Pennsylvania, according to a recent ranking by Stacker.
To make up the list, Stacker used data from Zillow. Towns are ranked based on the Zillow Home Values Index for all homes as of November 2025.
Devon ranks second among the most expensive housing markets in the state. The typical home value is $949,169, with a 6.7 percent increase over one year and a 48.4 percent rise over the past five years.
Next, Berwyn is ranked third with a typical home value $919,027, a 6.5 percent increase over one year and 45.7 percent over five years.
In seventh place, Malvern’s typical home value is $771,551. There is a 4.9 percent increase over one year and 40.8 percent over five years. Chester Springs rounds out the top 10 in ninth place with a home value of $736,571, 3 percent over one year and 45 percent within five.
Going down the list, Glenmoore ranks No.18 with a home value of $654,149, and West Chester ranks at No. 20 at $633,276.
Other towns ranked include Kennett Square at No. 23 ($605,134), Paoli at No. 24 ($603,305), Avondale at No. 25 ($596,856), and Exton at No. 26 ($592,054). The list ranks Downingtown at No. 30 with a $568,548 home value.
