HSN’s Move to West Chester Paves Way for 400,000-Square-Foot Industrial Project at Former Campus

After HSN moved operations in West Chester, the former Florida headquarters is set to become one of the largest industrial developments.

Vacated after HSN consolidated operations in West Chester, the network’s former Florida headquarters is set to become one of Tampa Bay’s largest industrial developments, writes Veronica Brezina for St. Pete Rising

The 65-acre north St. Pete site is under contract to Greystar, the largest multifamily housing owner, manager, as well as a developer in the U.S.

The firm is currently working on securing Development Review Commission approval for plans to develop over 400,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space.

If approved, the sale is expected to close later this year. The warehouse would be built on the eastern 41 acres of the site, while plans for the remaining 24 acres have not yet been announced.

For 47 years, the campus functioned as Home Shopping Network’s corporate headquarters until its parent company, QVC Group, chose to consolidate HSN and QVC operations at the Studio Park headquarters in Chester County early last year.

CBRE then launched marketing efforts for the property in April.

The property is currently home to surface parking and nine buildings, all of which would be razed to make room for the new development.
