Pickleball’s rapid rise continues in Montgomery County, writes Dino Ciliberti for Patch.
The BuxMont Pickleball Club will celebrate the grand opening of its new indoor facility in Horsham with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 28.
The event, hosted alongside the Greater BucksMont Chamber of Commerce, will take place from noon to 2 p.m. at the club’s location at 1250 Easton Road.
The 10,000-square-foot facility will feature five indoor courts designed with modern divider barriers and soaring 30-foot ceilings, along with a viewing mezzanine for spectators. Additional amenities include a pro shop and changing areas for players.
Owners say the club aims to serve pickleball enthusiasts from both Montgomery and Bucks counties as the sport continues to grow across the Philadelphia region.
The facility will also be available to host birthday parties, charity fundraisers, youth play days, and themed social events.
Discounted “Founders Memberships” are expected to become available starting in July.
