Former Philadelphia Eagles Offensive Tackle Puts Super Bowl Ring Up for Auction

An Eagles Super Bowl ring that was given to last year's offensive tackle Laekin Vakalahi is currently up for auction.

Laekin Vakalahi, the former Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle and rugby star has placed his Super Bowl LIX championship ring up for auction, according to Heritage Auctions.

The Eagles are less than a year removed from one of the most dominant performances in Super Bowl history, going up 34-0 on the back-to-back Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs before finishing the game with a 40-22 victory.

The rookie Vakalahi, along with the rest of the Eagles players and staff got their first looks at the championship rings during a private ceremony in July 2025.

The rings contain 145 diamonds in its bezel, the same number of points the Eagles scored during last season’s playoff run, which is an NFL postseason record. The words “World Champions” is also spelled out in 40 points of diamonds, which represents the number of points the Birds scored in the Super Bowl.

There are also two marquise-shaped diamonds on the ring, representing the number of Super Bowl victories the Eagles have, and more stones that highlight the team’s league-leading defense and historic, Saquon Barkley-led rush game.

In addition, the rings have a unique hidden pop-out wings that are activated by a concealed button.

The current bid for the ring is $77,500 with $80,000 as the next minimum bid.
